Anti-racist work: what one of our partner organizations has been up to!

Hey friends and readers, thought I’d share this wonderful post from our friends and partners at BAYAN-NW, the group I work most closely with as a member of the Coalition of Anti-Racist Whites. (BAYAN-NW, the Seattle chapter of an international organization working for National Democracy in the Philippines and against imperialism abroad, has been CARW’s partner organization for a few years. We support them through fundraising, childcare, event logistics, and community turnout.) Their 13 Moments from 2013 are inspiring and serious, a big story of a cross-issue movement for social change. Think of this a shot in the arm against despair, cynicism, or the feeling that everything’s going to shit: the smartest and most committed folks are working hard for a better world! Dig it.
